At BRD Tech we can assist you in all aspects of the design and building process, from initial concept, to handing you the keys to the front door of your dream home. BRD Tech has gained experience from the wide range of projects it has been involved with; from designing residential extensions, smaller but highly complicated structures with high client requirements, to conversions and multiple builds.
Our clients, property developers, asked us to convert and extend the former gardeners workshop into a self-contained dwelling. They requested an innovative design that reflected the building's Victorian horticultural past. The existing building was split level with the western end being two storeys, although the lower floor was really a basement with high level windows.
