I have been using discount plans for many years now and there are many reasons why. Firstly, no job is too small or too big. They are always forthcoming with ideas to help improve on my plans to make them work. Every planning application discount plans have submitted on my behalf have always past. Any issues that may arise are dealt with with swiftly.

An exceptional design service at an affordable price Discount Plans ltd know the ins and outs of obtaining planning permission others have failed on. We commissioned John from DPL and from the very beginning received the most detailed information on the GPDO guidelines from a 20 minute phone conversation. High quality BUILDING REGULATION drawings were produced within two weeks of appointment. All submitted to the local authority for review. Surprisingly the case officer knew Mr Domenech, she reassured me that we were in safe hands as she and other staff members handle applications on a weekly basis

As I was making some major alterations to our property Discount Plans Ltd was recommended to me by a trader and we found them to be very professional and helpful in solving all the details that our builder required to go ahead with the alterations. This is the second time we’re using Discount Plans for two loft conversions and they offer a fantastic service from start to finish. John is brilliant to work with throughout - we felt he really listened to us and understood what we wanted to achieve. His advice was always pragmatic and sensible, and mindful of the cost implications. Drawings for both lofts got approved by the council on the first attempt and without any issues.
