Services
P+R Associates was formed by Philip Pearlman in 1983, and is based near Potters Bar, Herts, just north of the M25. We work mainly in North London, and in Hertfordshire, but being situated on the M25 and A1/M1, we are able to cover projects throughout an arc from Windsor to Peterborough and east to Maidstone.
We carry out all types of residential projects, both new build and major extensions and refurbishments. We can build one-off houses, small blocks of flats and small housing developments, as well as major reconstruction projects. An existing Mews House which was completely stripped out back to brickwork, with complete new interior, new floors and a Mansard Roof Extension, all finished to a high standard.
We undertake smaller commercial projects up to about 20,000 sq.ft. of office space, and 100,000 sq.ft. of industrial space, and aim to optimise the floor areas achieved, as well as the overall layout and usability. A comprehensive redevelopment on this Site of 1.1 Hectares (2.25 Acres), comprising one large Unit of 3000m2, an office building of 1200m2 and 7 no.
We carry out new works, conversions and refurbishments on many different types of leisure buildings. We have particular knowledge in small theatres, banqueting and sports facilities. This was the complete refurbishment of a Listed 3 storey country house, with extensions on three sides, and part demolition of previous extensions.
We carry out smaller projects on major sites as well as doctors' surgeries, clinics, and health care facilities. Works include both new build and refurbishments, and extend up to 4No Ward blocks at a time together with all types of support buildings. The project involved the conversion of the old 19th Century brick-built mortuary, into a modern Lecture Theatre.
