If I could leave half a star I would -
all smiles when leasing a unit but when you leave beware !!
not a nice company
One example of a leaving requirement we received was:- A commercial Tenant must comply with the Law and provide a satisfactory fixed wiring certificate for the property.
We had to pay for a solicitor to get involved with this to confirm that no such law exists
