Our clients include institutions, property companies and high net worth individuals, based both in the UK and internationally.
Lawson & Partners offer a full asset management service, alongside its property management service. Understanding the requirements of both the building and tenants mean that we are ideally placed to use this information and add value. This maximises the income and also enhances the value of the property.
Lawson & Partners offers a range of property management services, from collecting the rent on a single let property or actively managing a mixed use, multi-let asset. We can tailor our service to any requirement. Responsible for regular inspections of properties, liaising on the day to day tenant issues.
Lawson & Partners provides a full property accounting service using a market leading property accounting software database to maintain our leasing and accounting records. Preparing and issuing new budgets three months prior to the start of the new service charge year. Full year end service charge reconciliations, within four months of the service charge year end.
Our facilities management service includes the procurement and monitoring of all required maintenance contracts, facilities management and support services. We provide a 24 hour tenant helpdesk, ensuring that any emergency issues are able to be dealt with. Our facilities management service ensures that any day to day building maintenance issues are logged and dealt with in a prompt and efficient way.
