I've used Omar at ActFast Solutions Ltd for two boiler repairs and a service. He's always been fast, friendly, efficient, tidy and professional. I'd highly recommend his service to anyone needing to have work done to their boiler. For both of the repairs he was able to come and fix my boiler on the same day that I called him.

Omar and his service is 10/10. Very professional and came out within good time. We had a washing machine leak. He made sure this was all fixed and then even sorted out the pressure on our boiler, we didn't ask him to do this he was just very helpful. He even gave us advice on how to make sure we are gas safe, we ordered a Co2 alarm as soon as he left. He definitely went above and beyond and we will be using him again (hopefully not too soon though in the nicest possible way)!

Have used Omar at Actfast three times now. He is very professional and always takes the time to explain the process of his work and why he needs to do it.
His work has been very high quality and he is highly reliable and responsive to calls for arranging jobs.
Its great to have a reliable Plumber on speed dial. My neighbours also use him too!

I called Omar on a Friday because my boiler had failed the previous night. Within an hour he was at my property and inspected the boiler. Through thorough investigation it was determined that it needed replacing. A new boiler was ordered, and Omar attended the following Wednesday to fit it. Due to an amazing amount of curveballs thrown by the old boiler setup (weird pipe runs, new flue location etc), the work took 1.5 days (Omar returned the following Friday), however everything was installed to a very high standard.

Omar was timely, prompt, very knowledgeable and capable.
He also made some relevant suggestions of a few things I "should really" do (that I didn't realise needed doing, and certainly wasn't noticed by British Gas) in order to keep my boiler and it's surroundings in good order.

I had a leak occur from under my bath which leaked down into the lounge. I called Omar late on Saturday as didn’t know where the water was coming from and wanted to ensure no further damage. Omar arrived within an hour even though it was 10pm in the evening. He quickly established the seal around the splash back of the bath was letting water down under the floor. I would not hesitate in calling Omar and he also takes cards for payment which helped.

Omar was able to come out and fix our troublesome kitchen tap at short notice even though he wasn't supposed to be working. He was friendly and knowledgeable providing additional tips and suggestions for future improvements and i wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Omar ripped me off recently and has been very threatening and abusive with me since I contacted the police and the Police initiated an investigation. I have been given a crime reference number and if his abuse continues I will be making a further complaint for harassment. Please do not let this company into your home, the owner has stolen from me and when confronted has become extremely aggressive and threatening
