Totally unprofessional and intimidating. On completion of the job I said to the owner (who I think is Will Kirwan) That I was not happy about the way he had left my home. The mess was unacceptable and the damage that he had caused to the door, doorframe windowsill. He went crazy! It was like a switch. Physically threatening me screaming he was going to sue me and that I was just saying this to get out of the remainder of the bill. He then got in his van shouting more threats as he left. I am shocked and quite shaken by what has just happened in my own

A phone call in the morning and they were with me by lunchtime. Service was polite, friendly and covid conscious. An estimate had been given over the phone and although the work was a little different to expected they honoured the price. Friendly, down to earth local business. Went in to get two keys cut and paid a very reasonable price that seemed lower than what I'd expect from one of the more well known chains. All done in a couple of minutes and when I had an issue with one of the keys they replaced it right away with another one on what seemed like a higher quality blank.
