The cable linking the internal part of the garage door to the piston at the top of the door - the bit that holds it secure - broke, leaving me unable to get into the garage, where my car was. I phoned Andy of Handy Locks; I'd used him before and was very pleased with the job he did for me then; I explained what had happened and he told me that he would be here within and hour, and he was. He managed to get to the piston and open the door, repairing the cable afterwards. He had told me that he would just charge me for an hour's labour and that's what he did. Excellent
