Ordered some xmas lights on the 26th of nov, they state 1/2 days for delivery. still no lights 2 weeks later. sent email, with no reply and tried to call and their mail box is full. go else where.

LED aquarium light. Arrived on time, there was no confirmation email, only my PayPal receipt.
Unfortunately the light was of very poor quality, the 4 pin connector did not fit properly, making the light constantly go on and off. I did consider returning it, however my dad is an electrician, he striped the wires and put proper connections in place. It now works okay.

We bought a vertical radiator from here. After around a year the paint began to bubble. Contacted them and they sent a free replacement out immediately. Fantastic service and communications from the staff.

Ordered four radiators from Radiator Outlet, one delivered in the wrong colour contacted them straight away and got a response to re-deliver the correct colour the following week, it never came and now after numerous emails (which I've sent read receipts on they do look at them) no reply what so ever and they do not pick up calls absolutely pointless them even having a contact number! Avoid and take your business elsewhere.

Husband ordered 2 boxes of square lights , they sent wrong items: round ones. And although as per the terms on their website they should be arranging a collection or offering to exchange or solve this issue, they don't seem to care at all. They asked for the items to be sent back, no return label, nothing! Are we expected to return items at our own costs when it's clearly their fault??? Unbelievable!

I ordered five radiators with additional valves. They turned up in good time and condition. I had a small query and sent an email through their online form and had a response almost instantly. Cannot fault them on price or service.

Ordered 2 raw metal radiators from their sister company radiator outlet and paid £12 delivery premium for next day delivery. Total cost £420.
3 days later no delivery and no one answering the phone. They say all lines are busy then it goes straight to answer phone. Just what you want when the plumbers are coming in the morning to fit the radiators.
We are now going to chase a refund. That should be fun.

Purchased 5 sets of lights that change colour. But they don’t. They just stay a mixture of colours. Telephoned many many times. They don’t pick up. Sent message. Sent email. No response. Terrible customer service. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THEM. They are a disgrace and clearly do not care.
