We used Vass & team to sand our bathroom and kitchen floors. Their communication and organisation was second to none.
Unfortunately, when they were doing the work, however, they managed to knock and break the pipe under our sink, which meant the bathroom was flooded.
The company then refused to pay any money towards the installation of a replacement pipe claiming it was our fault having an 'old pipe' or take any money off the sanding service.
Since then, we've noticed the floor varnish is already starting to peel off while the areas of the flooring we had sanded 8 years ago by another, more

We've just had our floors refurbished by Vass & team and we're very happy with the result. They're very polite and helpful - gave us good advice about matching the old boards in our extension. The process was quite quick and we didn't notice much dust. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, especially as the price is great (exactly as quoted).

We would like to thank floor renovations for the brilliant job they did in our home. We had our floors repaired and varnished in our reception room and the upstairs landing and bedrooms. The quality of the work exceeded all our expectations and everyone comments on the quality of the floors when they visit our home.
