It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the team here. I initially went in to get tiles then changed my mind to want wood and cancelled the delivery. I went back in and they took their time to talk me through the options, of which they had a very large selection, offer advice without being pushy and were very accommodating. The delivery was same day. Good advice and just an overall good experience. Floor not laid yet but will update with photo.

Popped in twice in the last 7 days. Once to have a look and get a couple of sample tiles, and then to put an order in. Both the staff I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices for tiles seem pretty competitive too, especially compared to some of the more well known UK wide tile retailers we've looked. Appropriate COVID measures are also in use.
