Our mansion weave has been particularly popular in recent weeks, so much so we have had to purchase an addition CNC machine to keep up with demand.

My experience with Jordan Andrews has been extremely poor. I have made every effort to work with Stavros but the customer service is atrocious - missed appointments, calls and emails not returned, promises made and never delivered etc etc. I can't even say I am happy with the product - the wood scratches and marks so easily, I've never experienced anything like it and feel like there was a fault/error in the manufacturing / treating process. At the very least I would have expected advice at the point of sale if this particular floor had these attributes as I never would have purchased it. I've

We we're really happy to find out that Jordan Andrews Crouch End showroom was available to visit by booking an appointment. During the pandemic we found it very difficult to proceed with our building works due to most of the things being closed. Within 5 weeks of visiting the showroom we had our floor laid, and honestly it looks amazing. It's been a couple of weeks and we couldn't be happier. The complimentary maintenance oil and soap that was dropped off a few days later was a lovely touch!

I visited several suppliers of hardwood flooring but was unable to find exactly what I needed until I came across Istoria Wood Floors. They have an incredible variety of wood flooring to choose from. I was shown round by Jordan and with his knowledge and experience, it wasn’t long before we found the exact colour and character of flooring I was after.
Customer service was excellent - Jordan and Jeni were a pleasure to work with. The fitters did an amazing job and finished ahead of schedule.
Overall, I’m really pleased and would definitely recommend!

Just had an oak floor fitted by them in my daughter’s room. They have done a good job, quickly and tidily. They did our living room about 7 years ago and it still looks great. Much better than the floor in the extension that the builders did. So there’s the lesson I’ve learned - use the experts not the generalists. All round a great job.

Just had my loft extended and had both sections re-floored by Jordan Andrews. Am absolutely delighted with the results. Both the guys who installed, Karl & Martin have done some very high quality work and were a pleasure to have in to do the install. The range of woods and patterns on offer in the Crouch End showroom was great and customer service all around has been really good. Would have no problem recommending anyone wanting hardwood flooring to go with JA.
