Designer & maker of handmade Curtains, Blinds & Soft Furnishings throughout East Sussex & the South East. Sara is a soft furnishing designer based between Uckfield and Heathfield in East Sussex. Having previously lived in Surrey, she has built up a large client base in Essex, Kent, Surrey and Sussex; a number of those customers have asked her to make curtains and blinds for their holiday homes either in the UK or abroad.
Whatever is required, Sara will offer honest, practical advice to help her customers make the right choices. With a true passion for fabric, each item is given the same thought and care when being prepared and finished by hand - a labour of love, no less! Although the majority of Sara's customers are home owners, she has undertaken a number of commercial projects with exactly the same careful attitude.

Services
Sara was born and educated in West Sussex, but for the past fifteen years, has lived in the picturesque village of Waldron, on the outskirts of East Sussex. She is married with three children, two (soon to be three) grandchildren, who she loves spending time with. Her main interests are sewing, gardening, walking, travelling and sharing quality time with friends and family.
It can be very difficult for customers to make decisions when ordering curtains as the options are so vast. No wonder the customer can become overwhelmed! Sara is always happy to provide advice over the telephone, or by email at no cost to the customer. If a home visit is required a modest fee is charged based on the distance involved, but this amount is refunded against the first order.
It is easy to focus on the curtains and blinds that dress a window and overlook the accessories that are a fundamental part of the scheme and within this section there has to be a place for curtain tracks and poles, from very basic plastic and metal tracks right through to designer brands that have a wow factor in themselves.
