Richmond Bathrooms, a trading name of Landricombe and Son Ltd, is a small family business that has been working in the building industry for three generations. The company has over 100 years' experience. During the last eleven years Rufus Landricombe has specialised in designing, supplying and installing bathrooms in south and west London, having taken over the company from his father.
As part of our service we offer a full in-house design service including concept sketches so that you can see how your new bathroom will look before it is fitted. We regularly work with architects to produce 2D and 3D computer graphic images through autocad. Richmond bathrooms can supply all of the fittings and materials required for a full bathroom installation.
We have restarted bathroom installation work and visits to customers to design and provide quotations for bathroom projects. If we proceed with an installation we will work carefully with you to work out a best practice for following goverment guidelines. We can provide facemasks, gloves and extra screening if necessary.
On top of warranties of more than 50 years on some of the materials (see below) Richmond Bathrooms gives a two year workmanship and fitting guarantee on bathroom installation work. This guarantee is specified on your final receipt which is sent upon the completion of the project and when the final invoice is settled.

Rufus and his team did an amazing job on our bathroom!
Everyone was a pleasure to work with right from the start: Rufus was very patient to answer all our questions (we had a lot) and adapt to all the changes we requested along the way, his fitting team was very courteous and customer-focused during the process and nothing was ever too much trouble. Everything was done to a very high standard, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of our dream bathroom.

Fantastic service, Rufus was a really great find he worked incredibly quickly to install our bath, with immediate knowledge on both practical and aesthetic detail. He was able to assess the job straight away and give a range of sensible (and nice) options with no pressure, and was happy to discuss and explain everything he was doing, as well as giving advice on related upkeep. Really helpful guy, definitely right man for the job!

Richmond Bathrooms handled the complete renovation of our master bedroom ensuite. We had lots of ideas about what we wanted and took a bit of time to work through the options, but Rufus helped us out along the way answering questions and generally being patient. Once we finally nailed down what we wanted, Rufus was really flexible working with what we decided and was happy to try a new waterproof wallpaper. His associate who did most of the work was exceedingly polite and pleasant to be around for the month he was here. When we hit a few snags, communication was great and everything was handled

Rufus did a great job on basically rebuilding our 2 bathrooms. Not only is the work of high quality, but he also actively invested time in helping us to chose what we wanted and in going through different options. We were very happy and would recommend him highly.

I cannot recommend Rufus and his team highly enough. We are still enjoying the beautiful bathroom he installed for us a year ago. From the the get go Rufus displayed amazing customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. He had a totally can do approach about the ideas we had about our bathroom renovation and had plenty of effective ideas for us too. The work is of the highest standard, both tecnically with things like under floor heating and the walk-in shower (everything is still functionally perfectly) and decoratively with the tiling of the floor and walls and any painting; the quoting was

We all know just how difficult it is to get a builder/tradesman for our homes. We went through 5 before we called upon Rufus. We were looking for a set look and thought Rufus had a design head and got what we were after. His suggestions and guidance were great, even saving money where he could on supplies. His builder Konrad was lovely, tidy and polite, which we loved. His work is exceptional and highly detailed. After several months our bathroom is still in tip top condition without any issues. His after completion service is great too. Rufus has a fun, knowledgable and can-do approach. If only
