Tim started his professional career in rural estate management and has held senior positions with some of the country's leading firms of Chartered Surveyors. It was a natural progression for him to start Property Pathfinder in 2000 using the breadth of his professional experience. Tim now specialises in project managing the construction and renovation of large country houses.
As project managers we create, lead and manage teams of consultants with some of the country's leading craftsmen. We specialise in Historic and Listed Country Houses, with also having considerable experience with the new build of Country Houses and their Estate buildings. We will advise you on the selection of the most appropriate consultants, prepare their terms of reference and ensure there is no overlap.

An independent survey is the only sensible way to get a clear picture of the condition of a property. So that you can make an informed decision when buying a property. This is the most detailed report, and is suitable for all property types, particularly for older and period properties. The survey report is written in plain english and illustrated with numerous photographs.
