Custom cut 4 200x100mm laminate panes for a bespoke inset shower shelf, 2 smoked and 2 frosted. All cut perfectly but I gave them the wrong measurements accidentally, took back and it was absolutely no trouble for them to amend them the same day.
Granted it’s a bit hit and miss when they’re open but I can’t fault the service I received and by far the best price I could find.

Poor customer service. Went to shop to order some cut glass and he had gone on a break. No one to serve. Phoned another day to order. Told to collect in a couple of hours. Left it 4 hours, went to collect. No one in shop and buzzer ignored. Went into workshop to be told no it’s not done. We’ve been busy. No apology for two wasted journeys. Obviously don’t need local business -will go online instead
