Excellent Service, Arrived at work very early on a Monday morning to find the lock had broken. Called several locksmiths who did not answer then tried Grants Locks. The call was answered straight away and Richard was with me within 40 mins. The lock was fixed before the rest of the office arrived. Richard was very friendly and gave a quick and effective service. Would highly recommend.

I called Richard to put a lock on an internal door for my parents. He did the job efficiently and priced it very competitively. Have recently called him again to resolve another issue on a different lock this time a bathroom door lock which he sorted quickly. A lovely guy who was great with my elderly parents.

Brilliant service from Richard at Grants Locks. I had a problem with a lock on my office door and although the actual part was not available, Richard managed to source an appropriate replacement that saved me having to replace the whole door. Fixed quickly and efficiently and ensured everything was working before leaving. Price very competitive. Fully trusted, I would definitely recommend Richard's services and will not hesitate to use again if required.
