Established in Hull, East Yorkshire in 1990, our bathroom pods are distributed daily across the UK and beyond.

Kingston range.
A brilliant piece of kit,easy to plumb and put in,no more leaks and no more messing about with tiles.The best shower I have seen,and I would recommend it to anybody that has only a small space for a shower.
I have had it in now for over 5 yrs, and still no problems, use it every day.

Kubex Kingston shower cubicles have a major material flaw resulting in complete failure of the unit in just a few years which the company is refusing to acknowledge.
We installed a Kingston shower unit into our property four years ago on the back of the fact Kubex 'expect' a 20 year lifespan. The kitchen ceiling below the shower collapsed last week and on investigation the plastic around the waste had completely degraded and cracked allowing the waste to drop down. Further investigation showed widespread cracking of the tray.

Horrendous experience...Communication level 0. I was looking for a shower no bigger than 2m high as I explained it had to fit in a log cabin.Found a product which they guaranteed many times was just that height. Upon arrival we realised the tray was not one to sit on the floor but had to be put on legs which they NEVER mentioned with a result of the shower not fitting! Also NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS whatsoever...We had to get the lady to phone the tech guys to get assembly instructions over the phone (so unprofessional). Last but NOT LEAST: They had guaranteed a delivery by Friday and the shower
