We pride ourselves on offering a bespoke, personalised experience offering one-to-one consultations, out-of-hours appointments and home visits to facilitate each customers individual needs.
At The Bathroom Sanctuary the installation of your bathroom renovation will be completed by our professional, highly experienced teams who will craft your bathroom using the highest quality materials, latest techniques and expert experience. Our specialist teams are able to undertake all aspects of works including plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting and decorating, carpentry, building works and electrical and gas works.
Here at The Bathroom Sanctuary we value the consultation process as we believe buying a bathroom can involve many complex decisions. We are aware that not every customer will require a full, project-managed bathroom service, however that does not mean our customers cannot still benefit from our expert design and product supply services.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Patient with our hundreds of design ideas and put options forward to match our requirements.
The fitters used for all trades were amazing aswell. We have a few animals and a little girl and they all wanted to be in the bathroom all the time seeing what was going on; these guys understood that and still carried on to deadline.
Communicated any issues clearly throughout and kept us up to date with completion etc. Price was more than others but a Ferrari is always going to be more than a Citroen Saxo...
5 stars isn’t enough for Paul and the team.

Have no hesitation recommending The Bathroom Sanctuary.
From start to finish Paul was a pleasure to deal with... a nice fella.
Needed to renovate our slightly dated bathroom by installing new bathroom furniture along with completely tiling from top to bottom.....had new flooring fitted along with new lighting installed
We worked to a budget and Paul made it happen
The installation was carried out by one of Paul's trusted installers ..again I can't praise highly enough he carried out the work to a high standard always courteous and he really did a fantastic job

Many thanks to Paul, Ian & Carl. Both for the planning & installation of our lovely new bathroom. Paul was so helpful in putting the ideas & requirements that we had for our bathroom in to place & making suggestions of how to improve these, in order for us to get a new bathroom that would be perfect & exactly what we wanted.
Ian's installation work is impeccable, down to every last detail. Everything is done to perfection.
Carl's tiling is likewise.
Indeed, this is the second time Ian & Carl have completed work for us.

Excellent customer service. Paul's number one goal was that we would be happy with our bathroom in the end, and he was happy to keep our budget in mind. He made suggestions of where we could save money on items and still have durable, reliable things. He was very patient, made a home visit to see and measure the spaces where the new items would go and also took the time to get to know what was most important to us. He was also able to rush the order so that it could be finished on a tight time frame.

We have recently had a bathroom and separate WC totally re-fitted by the team at The Bathroom Sanctuary.
We are delighted with the finished product and have no hesitation in recommending the company.
From our initial consultation with Paul and subsequent design planning, we were impressed by his attention to detail and his ability to listen to our "wish list" and adapt it accordingly.
Ian and his team proved to be equally professional turning the plans into reality. Nothing was too much trouble (even when we "moved the goalposts" on occasions) and the work was carried out with meticulous detail

We have been delighted with our new bathroom from The Bathroom Sanctuary. We had a tiny little room adjacent to our bedroom which had been used as an airing cupboard before we bought our house and which we used as a cot bedroom for our youngest children when they were babies. The Bathroom Sanctuary have turned it into a lovely en-suite shower room with under floor heating. Now the only problem is that our 3 children want to use our en-suite bathroom all the time!
The whole thing was done in just over a week with the minimum of disruption and mess - I definitely recommend Paul, Ian and team.

The process of making sure we were completely satisfied before any work was done was very welcome. We were given the time to think about alternative layouts, furnishing and colour schemes, and given an opportunity to see the likely results as rendered via the specialist software used at The Bathroom Sanctuary.
