Services
Our made to measure Wooden Venetian Blinds are made from a stable timber called bass wood. They are available in a variety of colours and stains. Slat widths are 50mm. All our Wooden Venetian Blinds are supplied with ladder cords as standard or ladder tapes on request in a choice of colours. There are a wide range of plain colours and finishes available in our made to order Aluminum Venetian Blinds.
Our painted Shutters are made from a hard wood called Tulip wood and are available in any paint finish or can be stained to any colour. We do not use any laminated timbers or MDF. Our Shutters are also available in a wide range of other solid hardwoods, eg Oak, Walnut, Maple and many more. Our specialist Shutters can be covered in a large range of faux suedes, leather finishes or can be white washed.
Decide by how much the fabric should overlap the recess (we suggest at least 50mm (2) on each side) and measure the total width. Measure the drop in the same way. Remember to take the recess measurement at the top of the window where the blind is to be fitted. For roller blinds the fabric width will be 38mm (1.5) narrower than the recess width.
Type of controls (i.e. standard spring mechanism or sidewinder - if sidewinder please specify side required & chain colour). Please ensure that your fabrics & trims are clearly labelled with your name, the order number and reference so that the fabric and order can be matched. Please indicate the face side of the fabric & the direction - it is not always possible to tell the difference.
