We just had to contact you to thank you for a wonderful experience we have had having a fence fitted by your company. From calling you last Tuesday at 2.30 to having a surveyor call out and price the job within the hour is fantastic service. We were then hoping to have our fence and gates fitted within the month.

Waited 2 weeks for a rep to come out and assess and quote, 'bob' seemed disinterested but agreed provisionally about work needed, waited another 8 days for the quote, which was not what work we had talked about. Phoned office....and had to have quote reassessed 'thats not what she had',....wait another week.. no reply..phoned again, and told can only do work from first quote (cost of £1000, work we needed would have been a lot more) and told i need to do ground work before the could come out again to re-quote, there's another 2 weeks then 10 more weeks if they excepted. They have wasted a month

First time user who called just for an enquiry and estimate. Friendly very helpful staff who certainly went above the norm for me. I was not only impressed by the product and cost but the customer service provided convinced me to buy there and then and not to go looking for further quotes.
