Like to say thank you to Steve for completing my job today, he was extremely kind and patient as well as knowledgeable and polite. Steve maintained communication at all times and turned up as promised on time. He explained what the job entailed and made sure that the replacement lock was the correct lock to meet insurance requirements and was of a standard that ensures that any potential break ins would not be successful. Stephen was extraordinarily helpful, efficient and informative. He made us feel completely happy that he was trustworthy and that he knew exactly what he was doing. There was only one specific part needed for one of our doors and it was difficult to track down. Stephen managed to find the only part in this country at the time and he had collected and installed it by the next afternoon. Absolutely brilliant! Can totally recommend him.

After one of our colleagues closing the door and locking keys in the office we called Lockwiz247. They were at the premises within the hour. The fees were very reasonable priced. Definitely a phone numbers you need to store in your phone for those emergency situations but also in case you ever want any locks changing or upgrading. Steve arrived within 10 minutes of my call, needed a locksmith urgently as I had been locked out for 45 minutes already after waiting for another local locksmith who said he would be 15 minutes.
Price charged was less then half of the price quoted by the other locksmith.
Steve got me in the house within about a minute without damaging the lock.
I will recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith. Great service.
