I emailed Lockwiz late on a Sunday evening with a non-emergency request that I was happy to wait until Monday for them to contact me about.
Tim responded the same night and he and a colleague were here at Monday lunchtime and quickly fixed the issue.
Both were friendly, professional and very helpful, with the job completed at a good price.
I will definitely use Lockwiz again, and would recommend them to anyone.

An elderly relative fell out of bed at 6am and called us. We could not get into the house so we called Lockwiz. They were with us within 30mins and were incredibly helpful. They got us into the house very quickly and fitted a new lock. I definitely recommend you use this company.

Stephen came out on an emergency call, having locked ourselves out probably due to the stress of running errands for a wedding the following day. Sorted us out with access promptly kept us informed of his ETA and gave us advice on preventing it happening again.

Stephen Rowley is awesome! I had an emergency and required the locks to my doors replaced. He was happy to contact me at 1am and asked if should fox it straight away. But in the end we decided the next day, he fixed everything within 15 minutes and even suggested how I keep my doors and house in check.
