Great product but when something goes wrong - they dont help.
Firstly they are very quick to get you to sign up to a credit agreement (apple panels brokage).
Even though the credit agreement is only 6 years old - they STILL refuse to accept any warranty issue.
Apparently Mr Scott personally stated that unless the original contract can be found warranty is VOID ?
So we have their sales rep, the planning permission, deposit proof, THEIR own brokerage company and all signatures together with final payment and complete history !!
So, if you want a product that looks great but has zero warranty
