Tom is a partner and director with the joint responsibility for managing employment of staff, overseeing the business and its projects, as well as Health and Safety and Quality Control. Tom is NVQ plumbing based and specialises in high end bathroom and wet room designs (Lincolnshire Bathroom & Wetrooms). Tom takes the lead on internal specifications including joinery, skirting, stairs, doors, kitchens and tiling.
