Without Matt's professional and impartial advice, the main drain out of our house would have been blocked by soil.
A recurring hole at the bottom of a hedge at the front of the house had been treated 2x by Company 'A' for rodent infestation and backfilled with soil. After each treatment, the hole had reappeared (c. 5 weeks).
I then tried Hawthorn. On seeing the hole (which had gotten larger), Matt advised that it was unlikely to be rats - more likely we had a potentially larger problem, which should be investigated fully. To confirm his gut assessment, Matt returned with a short camera scope
