Revamp have over 20 years of experience in refurbishing and redeveloping property as well as furnishing for the lettings market and providing bespoke interior design services to a range of clients. Revamp is a part of Christine Yorath Limited, the director of which is Christine Yorath who started working in property refurbishment 25 years ago and has been refurbishing both her own portfolio and other investors properties ever since.
Revamp have the experience, knowledge and expertise to make even the most complicated property refurbishment project a success. Customer service is absolutely paramount to us throughout. We work with our clients to plan, project manage and see refurbishment works through to completion for all types of property refurbishment from a complete modernisation to conversions and redeveloping property.
Revamp has furnished 100's of properties in the last 25 years. We pride ourselves on providing appropriate furnishings to the type of property and tenant who will be attracted to it and also working within our client's budget. We work with our clients to provide furnishing packages that are ideal for the type of property in terms of age, location and rental market.
Revamp were commissioned to furnish 16 of our apartments at Bridgewater Place, the furnishings were so impressive that we managed to let all the apartments within four weeks. I was that impressed i have now commissioned revamp to project manage, design and furnish a 27th floor penthouse by remodeling three other apartments at Bridgewater Place.
