In these days of mass imports its unusual to still find a shop who waxes all the Pine by hand (not sprayed). The reason we still do this after 25 years in the business is simple - there is no better finish than hand waxing, its gives the furniture a really professional looking finish that will stand the test of time and not fade, in fact the patina of the surface darkens in time to give your furniture that lovely glow of a quality piece.

Yes, we are a family run business with over 25 years in the retail furniture trade and we have a shop near Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire. All of our pine and oak are from sustainable sources and comply with fair trade ethics we only use solid timber and the finish is wax and oil and occasionally painted.

This Range is made of solid pine throughout and is then painted in a cream, or white tie finish. A choice of handles either traditional knob or metal handles is available. This range is exclusively made for our shop and is made in the UK. Special sizes can be made to order - please call for details.

Introducing our new range of top quality bookcases available in our standard sizes or your own measurements. The bookcases are constructed from kiln dried pine with solid backboards, all the timber used in our bookcases is sourced from sustainable sources. Available in an antique wax finish or painted in a lovely cream colour called buttermilk in a classic style to stand the test of time.

One of our best selling items for over 10 years are our CUSTOM CUPBOARDS we have several standard sizes but if you need a different size it's no problem!
