We offer a wide ranging product portfolio, including carefully selected lines from some of the worlds leading manufacturers, all readily available from stock in our warehouse. We can also source a huge range of special order products, so even if we don't have your exact requirements in stock, we can probably source it within a day or two.

These guys work really hard to come up with a smashing design.
After a bit of a budget movement, Lee was so helpful and did so much work in order to make the necessary adjustments whilst carefully fulfilling the rather complex brief between me and my partner!
In addition, it has been refreshing to deal with the family run level of service that you really don't get elsewhere. Both Colin & Lee were able to support us whilst seamless transitioning between the two of them to ensure a better level of availability.

Visited the showroom on a Saturday morning, renovating a Victorian house and had a £10k budget. Walked in, had a look around, saw a suite we liked. Had a look around the tile section too. Not once did the 2 sales men speak to us, even when we stood by the suite looking at them. Took our business to a Trowbridge place who's team were interested.

As architects we specify bathrooms, floor and wall finishes practically every week and having worked with dozens of companies across the country we can honestly say that Dimensions Tiles are up there with the best. They are not simply a point of sales like so many tile shops, they are genuinely interested and knowledgeable about the products that they have chosen to sell which makes our job as specifiers much simpler.

Really poor experience with this company, wrong items included in our order (which were noticed) meaning the work men having to stop work to travel to them to collect the right things. Items for our bathroom had been replaced without us being consulted about it first. The shower screen was changed and when we questioned this with them we were told 'Yeah well the one you wanted wouldn't fit so we changed it' despite our original drawings being done with the original screen. We were then told that we couldn't replace it for the one we actually ordered unless we were going to pay £246! He then said
