Excellent service, had a leaking radiator so contacted for a quote, same day quote and booked the repair accordingly. They had a cancellation so they brought the appointment forward. Very professional, followed COVID safety guidelines. Friendly workmen, did the job really quick and efficiently. Good quality and quote was very reasonable. Would recommend and use them again.

Had a new boiler installed yesterday. I have used this company at my previous address for a new boiler and servicing. They have always been very professional and fairly priced. Managed to fit a new boiler in less than a week after it broke. The guys who installed it were lovely and very tidy. Did another fantastic job for us would 100% recommend

We bought a fire from this firm a couple of years ago, they were very professional and efficient. Recently the fire was struggling a bit. It turned out to be a blockage; no big deal but not something we could diagnose or fix ourselves.
We asked HEH if they could come and have a look at the fire and they said someone would be round soon after 8am in a couple of days. A couple of days later an engineer was round soon after 8am and long before 9am we had a perfectly working fire, in time for the winter! Very reasonable price too.
We have no doubt we'll automatically choose this firm for any heating
