Paul kept us informed right from start , what time he would be with us, what day he would come. Did a great job and was so clean. Wouldn’t have known anyone had been in the bathroom. Paul has done 2 jobs for us recently. A repair on a leaking radiator valve during refurb works at 8pm on a Friday night (emergency). Paul also installed our 3 new radiators. 2 in living room and 1 in bathroom. Fantastic job all round. Paul himself is a model professional who knows his trade inside out and a pleasure to talk to. All mess cleaned up and you wouldn't even know he'd been there. Radiators working better than ever. Would highly recommend and is very good value for money and is now my go to plumber.

This is the second time we have asked Paul to come out to ours and he has been great both times, most recently came to fix a shower that wasn't getting hot enough and he was so helpful from start to finish, making sure we understood things he was explaining to us and ensuring we had the best finish possible since we didn't have any spare tiles, we are so pleased with our new shower, it looks great and gets piping hot, thanks Paul!

I cannot even begin to tell you how much of a life saver Paul is. I rang at 4pm, he asked me to send him some what’s app photos of the problem (burst toilet) and said that even though he had a really busy afternoon, he’d fit us in. He came round a couple of hours later and completely fixed our problem.
We’re first time buyers and we don’t really know what we’re doing when it comes to house stuff, but Paul was so helpful, explained everything to us and was an utter gent. We will undoubtedly be using him again in the future. Thank you so much Paul!

Called this guy after toilet issues for months had a few quotes, sent him pictures even though he offered to come for a free quote, was honest friendly and knowledgable over the phone. I arranged for him to come with a rough price as he had not seen the job. Was running late due to an emergency job but he kept me posted. Really sound lovely guy. Very quick and efficient was spot on with what he thought the issue maybe and came ready with the parts. Did the job there and then quickly and with no issues and kept to the original quote. Def Recommend and will keep is number for future issues. Great

The pipes underneath our sink began leaking and we were aware of a blockage, we rang Paul who fitted us in for an emergency appointment. He came quickly and sorted the problem swiftly and for a really fair price. He was kind, honest and a genuinely good workman who made sure to explain everything he did and why which is so helpful! Would definitely recommend and will 100% be ringing him for any problems in the future!

I recently purchased a new dishwasher and needed help to convert my wastepipe into a duel filter so that I could use the same pipe as my washing machine. Paul put some thought into what would be the best way to fix this with an old design that came with the house. He’s very polite and there’s no doubt he enjoys doing what he does. He’s also very clear with the pricing and accurate to how long the job would take upfront. I will be contacting him again the next time I need help with any plumbing or boiler work.
