A Gas safety certificate is a document that a qualified engineer will leave after having fitted, serviced or safety checked a gas appliance such as a boiler. This certificate is required by law when you're a Landlord and will detail exactly what checks the engineer has carried out and if the appliances checked meet the appropriate safety standards.

A pleasure to deal with! Henderson’s were recommended to me and rightly so. They installed my Tado system and then also moved and Installed a new radiator. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to be helpful too. I would recommend without hesitation.

I engaged Henderson's for a replacement boiler in our home. The whole process from inspection - Quote - installation was so smooth . Elaine kept me informed of every step and Gareth produced a first class installation. Our heating has never been as good as it is now .The new boiler is so quiet and efficient . Very pleased . Arranged for an engineer to look at my boiler on a Friday at 3:30pm. I received a call a few hours later explaining that he couldn't make it. Fair enough.
We arranged a visit for the following Monday at 3:30pm so I had to ask a family member to sit in as I would be working. Again nobody showed but this time I didn't receive a call to inform me as to why.
