Had a small bedroom blind. Four large bifold blinds and a tricky and rather large rooflight blind and after closing my rooflight blind tonight I felt compelled to write a review.
Most places I went to seemed either unable or uninterested in tackling the big rooflight blind I needed.
Had great service from raynesway interiors and the blinds have been great, they were also one of the cheapest quotes.
One quote was £1000 more that what I paid.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
In response to other reviews Bob seemed knowledgeable and refreshingly realistic about what would and wouldn’t work

Very happy with Raynesway Interiors, having used them over 3 years ago to do the whole house and again now to put blinds up on the french doors. No issues whatsoever and arrived quickly. They even took our bathroom blind away to fix, as one of the slats was broken which we did ourselves whilst cleaning them and they fixed it free of charge and put back up the following day. More than happy to recommend 🤗

A terrible experience from start to finish!!
Failed to turn up to 2 appointments, to quote and measure up. Once a price was agreed Bob gave me an installation date. Having not heard anything from him or anyone from the office I rang to confirm my appointment a day before, as expected no answer from Bob and the office could not even tell me if my job was booked in! I ended up having to go to the shop for answers where surprise I found Bob....
Won't bore you with the rest, if you use them..... Good luck......

Quoted 3 weeks our relatively small job to be completed...over 3 months later it is finally done. Did not communicate about the delay whatsoever, much more on top of things when it comes to collecting payment. They were not interested whether I was happy with the blinds, no apology for the delay, plenty of excuses, never their fault. Tried to add VAT on to the price originally quoted (which I was told included VAT).
Disorganised and dishonest, never again.

Gave them a simple job, recover an existing blind as our room decor has changed.
They called me to say the blind would be late, OK I thought, they said it would be the following Tuesday, I went to collect the following Thursday on the way to work and it’s still not ready, they even then had difficulty locating my old blind which was simply left lying on the floor for all to walk on!
I complained and pushed for them to finish and drop it off to my home address (a 13 minute drive)as I am away working next week which to me is not unreasonable considering their poor service but they refused saying
