Not even worth a 1 star rating.
For a company who makes and fits blinds for customers... Please don't make the same mistake I did, please use another company.
Firstly I had to wait longer than normal with poor communication on when the blinds and fitting date will be. (I had to chase them myself to find out what the estimated time of arrival would be)
Secondly, I am left with a room full of faulty blinds and the job has not even been completed. I have been left with blinds that are uneven and make banging noises everytime they are been opened and closed.

Had Peter from Castle blinds visit on 1st Feb 2021 to quote me for Shutters & an awning for over bifold doors. No quote arrived after 5 weeks so rang the store to chase & was informed they would get back to me. Still no quote so obviously don't want the business. Not impressed at all with Castle blinds

I struggled to find someone local who would fit blinds into a 5 point bay, and didn't want to pay Hilary's prices. ( Hilary's by the way magically discounted the price by 10% with a quick phone call and no haggling, which made me immediately suspect that I was being ripped off) Castle were still £80 cheaper for the identical product, had been recommended to me by countless people, and the fitter was great too. Can't fault them.
