Enzo Living and Ocean Lighting are a disgrace!!! Waiting 3 weeks for lights which were advertised in stock!! No response to phone calls, emails or Facebook messages!! I’m over £150 out of pocket and all I have to show is an email saying thanks for your order, it will be with you in 7 days!! (3 weeks ago) do not use!

I would honestly give this company 0 stars if I could. We ordered lights which came damaged (not done during delivery) and nothing like shown/described on the website. We eventually got through to someone who said they would arrange collection and refund, fast forward 3 days and multiple follow up calls they were collected. Almost a week later… since they have signed for them back and we have yet to hear anything about our money. We have called but can’t get through on the number. We have left voicemails, emailed, messaged on social media and nothing. We have now opened a claim with

Absolutely wonderful customer service - I have received a beautiful pendant which was then accidentally damaged by the builders. Instead of purchasing a whole new pendant I got in touch with Ocean Lighting to ask if they could source 2 globes for replacement.
Zoe, the customer support member was incredible and called me to arrange payment and delivery for this. I wish more companies were as helpful! Thank you Zoe!

Ordered a light on the 13th July got confirmation e- mail that it will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days two weeks later called they told end of next week nothing emailed them they reply saying there was a system error and whatever and I will receive an email by the end of next week to let me know when the item will be dispatched

I have been very impressed with Ocean Lighting. The ordering & delivery process has been impressively quick and we are very pleased with the different lights we have ordered - we are furnishing a house and flat pretty much from scratch and so far we have ordered 12 lights from Ocean - a mix of ceiling & wall lights and a mix of styles.
The ordering process is straightforward and during my one interaction with customer services I found them helpful & informative.

I bought pendant lights to be installed in a row. The lights arrived so much different from advertised on their website and are very different sizes and the company have done little to resolve it after being in contact with the sales person for over a week. I've tried reach a solution with Ocean lighting but so far I have found them unable to accept responsibility for their mistakes and unable to resolve customer complaints.
