Bought some RGB panels 6 months ago and one stopped working, spoke to Dave and he sent a new panel before I sent the old one back, I had to take all my soundproofing down to remove the light, on closer inspection it was the electrical transformer, changed that and put up the old lamp and is working a treat. I cannot fault the great customer service I had and can reccommend this company for a good and honest experience with very knowledgable staff. Even though I had an electrical fault in the transformer the actual panels are great quality and the multi colour settings the kids love. thanks again
