Dean came around to give us a price, wasn’t pushy very knowledgeable and great service,
We liked his honesty we even booked in some of our windows to be changed as well as front door. They was very good with keeping us up to date with supplies and on install dates etc.
On the day of install Adam was fantastic on time, very friendly and done a brilliant job very high standard.
We are over the moon with the whole service. Would definitely recommend.

Used Yate windows to replace a very old (and likely original) steel framed, single pane rear window in our 1940's built house and could not recommend them highly enough. The job was pencilled in before it was realised that one of the fitters due to attend had booked that day off! Despite this, and it being a dreary Friday afternoon, Jeremy arrived on his own to undertake the job solo and did a fantastic job!
Even though removing the steel frame was almost a days work in itself, mess was minimal and any mess there was he cleared up nicely before finishing. He worked solidly for the entire time

I asked for a quote to replace a conservatory roof, which they came to look at. After 2 weeks I had not heard anything so I phoned Yate windows. Apparently, according to them, (I did have to ask several times as to why they wouldn't quote.) "It's too messy to replace a conservatory roof and it's a job for a builder, they don't wish to quote for the work, as it's not "suited" to them." Completely unimpressed, especially as I had to chase. Would not be inclined to call them for a quote again. I think they personally deserve 0 stars.

Today, we had both front door and French windows fitted by Adam.
I was very impressed with his professionalism...where he is a credit to Yate Windows.
The workmanship and manufacturing of the doors, are of a very high standard too.
All in all, our experience with Yate Windows, from start to finish, was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to all our friends and family.

Apart from the tangible improvement the windows and doors give, we have found our experience with Dean, Joe and the fitting team entirely positive. All was done when and how it was going to be done. Mess was kept to a minimum, and courtesy and consideration were the order of the day. Full marks! The best-ever double glazing experience.
