If I could leave a negative star I would. I made it very clear to this company that I was having a mechanical issue with my front door back in May 21 when I ordered a composite Solidor from them. I was told the estimated time would be 16 weeks ie around the end of September. They got in touch and arranged a date for it to be fitted in November.
A week before the fitting date I had a call from the managing director of the company to tell me Solidor had not started making the 'slab' and they couldn't give me a date of when it would be ready.
Of course I wasn't overjoyed to hear this news and made

I wouldn’t recommend. We placed an order for a front door in April 2021 and it is now October 2021 and we still haven’t got a new front door. There has been 0 communication in between to reassure us and when you phone you reach the receptionist who is vague and tells you someone will call tomorrow, next week and it never arrives..and she knows it too

Hugely disappointed with this company. I have paid a deposit and placed an order for two windows to be made and fitted this was over four months ago..... I am still waiting for them to arrive!! I have contacted associated windows and spoke to a woman who was pretty vague and couldn't give me any details as to when (if ever) my order would be ready. There has been no apology and no follow up phone call as promised by someone who does have an idea of when the windows might be ready....this is over two weeks ago...I am still waiting. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. My advice steer clear of this company.

The base was put down within 5 days, the men turned up everyday until complete, they worked very hard and cleaned up every evening and extremely polite and professional. The whole conservatory was up within 3 days, and water tight. The quality of the fitting and product was second to none. Any communication with Associated Windows was outstanding. A truely professional company that we would highly recommend. Thank you to all that was part of our conservatory journey. We now have our furniture in and its absolutely amazing! Definitely enjoying sitting outside, in!

Fitted all new windows and doors at my home in Bristol. Fantastic company, very easy to deal with from salesmen Bill right through to the installation. Office were very helpful and put us at ease and the fitting staff were excellent. Would highly recommend, in fact they are currently booked in to do work for my sister.

Absolutely outstanding service and quality of finished product. Bill quoted on day 1 within an hour of visiting and this quote did not change at all (it was just about ÂŁ7000 cheaper than a quote from Everest for a higher spec of conservatory!). All trades on site were polite, tidy and arrived on time every time. If they said they were going to be on site a particular day they were there. Rob was always available to answer questions or sort minor issues that cropped up. Everyone I dealt with be it at the office or on site were brilliant. They will be my first call when I need my Windows replacing
