The Window Outlet offer some of the best door systems on the market - the GT55 TB (Thermally Broken) and GT55 NI (Non Insulated) from Aluk, and KSF (non thermal) and KTS (thermal) from Kaye. Both are robust doors that can be used in a range of commercial applications - whether for offices, shops, restaurants, warehouses, schools or other properties.
The Kaye Building Systems range of robust commercial doors and shop front systems are available in either a non-thermal (KSF) option, a thermal door (KTS), or a slimline curtain walling system (KLW). Manufactured in aluminium and made to measure by the team at The Window Outlet they provide an aesthetically pleasing glazed frontage with slim sight lines.

Used after a personal recommendation but nothing but issues with them and their fitter friend.
Scratched windows, different kite marks in multiple corners of windows and different styles of marks. No attention to detail, door difficult to lock, panels put in upside-down. Said they would come and look and sort it out but have heard nothing since the first lock down.

The whole process with this company was amazing, with a mixture of aluminium residential windows and commercial windows and doors. Nothing was too much trouble for Dan we changed our mind on a few occasions to end up with the right products to suit. On the day of delivery we had an issue on our side regarding access for some rather large panes of glass in excess of 180 kg. Was told no problem Ollie and that they would re deliver the panes once the frames were in to be dropped straight in. After the install we had a slight alignment issue with one of the commercial doors, after a phone call still

Service from James at The Window Outlet started off very good at the beginning of our project earlier this year (2017) however once James left it became very difficult to speak to or get email responses from Clive or anyone connected with the Company. We have a long list of snags which we’ve tried numerous times to get resolved without success. We even asked them to quote for further Reynear doors for our project but after giving us a price we could not make contact with anyone. This company do NOT understand Customer service and appear unable to use a telephone or email. It is basic courtesy
