Great service throughout from Caddy Windows. Very helpful at quotation stage and no annoying sales tactics you see from some firms. They clearly laid out the timeline and came in a week earlier than expected. The fitters, Kieran and Ben, were efficient and friendly. They did a great job and tidied up well after themselves. We’re very happy with our new windows.

Bought a number of years ago, installation was good, customer service not so good.
Rubber seal of glass panel failed they changed but left with two different colour glass panels, original has gone yellow and new one is clear. Also the colour of the door has faded, I have contacted customer service a number of times and nothing gets done. Now all rubbers seals of the other panels (total of 4)are failing and I can’t get any answers or solutions from anyone. So the whole look of our front door looks very poor.

Let's start with the good. The windows and doors (manufactured by someone else) look fantastic and really lift my home! Lots of compliments from my neighbours already. The installers (sub-contractors) were great, really friendly and clean.
However, everything to do directly with Caddy was painful. The quoting process was a shambles. In between having quotes updated, and then choosing a combination of upvc sash and casement, they forgot to put on installation costs despite having visited the property twice and made it look like the installation costs were as part of the window price. Despite not opting for Caddy windows I'd like to submit a review. Amy was punctual, polite, informative and jolly. She was able to quickly provide a competitive quote and I was confident the company would do a great job based on her professionalism. I'm only sorry that I opted to just have some glass panes replaced as opposed to the whole units which Caddy specialise in.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you require a full refit.

Caddy Windows fitted our new door for us, and everyone we came in contact with, from the salesperson, the back office staff and the fitters, were very friendly and professional. Initially visiting the showroom last year and found the staff friendly and helpful - not at all pushy (not what we were expecting from a window firm).
We got an online estimate and booked a home appointment, sales person was clear and concise, asking what we wanted and providing the options. Not showing us anything that would be out of reach / not fit the bill. The price was reasonable and not at the high end of what we were expecting from searches/quotes.
Once ordered, the surveyor was the same, arrived on time, clear and explained the possibilities and also any problems the fitter might encounter

Windows themselves seem fine so far, but fitting experience horrific!
I don’t know where to start... from the bombardment phone calls from the sales guy which should have been a red flag, to the mess, shoddy attempt at cleaning up, damage caused to our wood bedroom floor, then the so called ‘installations manager’ accusing us (having never met us or seen our house) of damaging it ourselves, to the sarcastic email replies to our complaints, and the gaps left under the windows themselves where you can see daylight.... It turns out that others I’ve spoken to since have had probs and battles
