Unfortunately although my previous experience of this company was good this time I was totally let down. Had to keep chasing for quote & then had no further response from them although I had said I wanted to proceed with the work. Communication is the key here. Let clients know if you can't do the job

The glass in Juliette balcony needed to be exchange, after calling to at least 10 big and few small windows company I found out, that the window is wooden and it is difficult to repair. One window company even tried to repair, but after removing silicon around the glass gave up.
It was difficult and the Pane Relief step into this challenge and did it after adjusting own tools to make this job happened with amazing results.
On the top repair special made hinges in two windows, as well as finish very nicely with panels around the Juliette balcony, where in the big gaps someone squeeze unprofessionally
