Our Managing Director, Michael Beech MCIAT is a Chartered Architectural Technologist and has had a long career within the Architectural discipline starting his career at an RIBA Architects based in Manchester city centre before moving into the fast paced house-building sector in 2001 and then establishing the practice in 2007.
We offer a range of Architecural Design and Planning Permission services covering simple tasks ranging from a site setting out/topographical survey for a home extension through to full design and build guidance for a multiple home site. Our small team of experienced staff is dedicated to serving your Architectural and Surveying needs.
The price will then be confirmed at a site feasability meeting as required and whilst we do not consider ourselves like for like with part time draughtsmen, we will try to meet any similar quotation provided, within reason. We do not add any hidden extra's and we will guide you through the Design, Planning Permission and Building Regulations phases from inception to plans approval stages.
