I have used Andy and his team for three surveys this year and each time he has saved me money - twice in making me think twice in purchasing and the final time in identifying a potentially serious issue, through which I was then able to re-negotiate the price. Andrew Jones has guided me through the purchase of four properties over the last twenty years. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of the service he has provided. His approach is thorough, logical and there is always a practical element to his advice with recommendations after inspection, based on his many years of building experience. He has provided photographs and diagrams to explain specific concerns that I have raised, prior to inspection, on a number of occasions that have been extremely helpful. Jones and Company have done a survey for me previously.The reports are thorough with plenty of photographs and a comprehensive report on the properties condition. They also highlight the relevance of any potential and actual problems found. If I ever put myself through buying another property again I will be asking Andy to do it for me.

Andrew carried out a survey for us at the start of April. The service he provided was great - he gave us a thorough quote up front, liaised directly with the estate agent/vendor to arrange the visit, and provided us with a comprehensive and very detailed report, alongside an additional abstract for our solicitors. The Surveying team were friendly, professional with a wealth of knowledge. They were more than happy to talk through concerns, and shared the process step by step. Made the experience of having a house survey undertaken interesting! The whole thing was sorted within 2 weeks from organising to full report completed. The report itself was thorough and far more than we expected - a cloud of nearly 200 photographs; a summary report and a full report for ourselves and our solicitor. Really happy with the service.
