We are an RIBA Award winning practice situated in the rural market town of Kington. Based equidistant between Hereford, Hay-on-Wye and Ludlow we are ideally placed to undertake projects through Herefordshire, Powys and South Shropshire. We aim to fill our projects with natural materials and generously proportioned spaces flooded with daylight.
We pride ourselves in creating strong relationships between buildings and the surrounding landscape. With experience of new build and restoration, residential, leisure, community and education we are equally at home on small scale complex conversion work as on larger new build projects. A particular area of expertise is in gaining permission for contemporary additions to both Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas.
We are never happier than when giving a new lease of life to old buildings or places through careful restoration and the addition of modern elements. Recent projects include the first Paragraph 55 exemption dwelling approved in Herefordshire and our first Passivhaus.
