We will happily buy from this company again. The prices are very good and the customer service is excellent. Before sending our order they phoned to confirm that the underlay I had ordered was the best solution for my order - it turns out, I had ordered the wrong kind of underlay and thanks to their attention to the order they sorted it out before sending. delighted with the rug and the whole experience.

We recently found Olney rugs using an internet search as we wanted to reduce in size a lovely Gabbeh rug we have. From the outset Chris was polite and responsive in emails and clearly very knowledgeable. The rug was sent to them, cleaned, dried (I say this as the rug is very thick wool and we had it professionally cleaned some years ago and it was damp for months, then started to smell) reduced in size and shipped back to us. It now fits in it’s new home (and it actually smells lovely!) It’s good knowing we could up cycle something rather than buying new. It probably cost us the same money
