Frank turned up on a Saturday with 90 minutes notice, as our conservatory door would not lock. Great service , installed temporary secure measure and came back on the Monday to install the new lock, 3 keys provided, exactly what I needed, couldn`t be more happy with the service

Frank did a really excellent job for us. He responded to my enquiry very quickly and was punctual, professional and pleasant. He's clearly highly-skilled. He changed several types of lock for us, cleaned other locks, and did a very thorough job cutting keys and ensuring everything worked perfectly. He had a really helpful attitude, investigating windows that were locked shut and advising on keys. He gave us honest opinions about where extra locks would be helpful and where they would be unnecessary. He took care to sweep up after he'd finished. We've no hesitation in recommending him. I called Frank when my lock broke and I couldn’t get in. He came out within 20 minutes. He had the door open in a 10 seconds flat! He needed to order the right lock in for me, but he secured the door and then as soon as the lock was available in the next 2 days he came back up out of hours to fit it. I was so impressed with his friendly and helpful manner and quick work. Great service all round. Would recommend.

I am surprised at the review by Mr Keith Taylor. I have used Taylor Locksmiths many times and recommended him to friends and businesses who still continue to use him. He is reliable and professional and this does not sound like the company I use. I do feel for Mr Keith Taylor under the circumstances and would urge him to check the number or phone Frank Taylor personally. It may have been that he was unavailable and had his calls forwarded to another locksmith which is a common procedure.
