When booking this service, I had meticulously packed my furniture, it was returned broken beyond repair and I think someone peed on my mattress. When raising this to customer support I was told that if they don’t pack the items they take now responsibility for damage or loss. I’d think it was funny had it not been at the expense of vintage furniture and a previously impeccable mattress. Probably the worst service you can find.

STORED Storage London has made a positive impression on my family and me. I, along with my family, have used storage london facilities several times over the past few years. I had to put in storage one of my friend's belongings and relied on Stored for help.
Two polite gents arrived very promptly at the scheduled time, labeled all the boxes, created a list of items and picked up everything in less than 15 minutes.
Very professional, very quick and very hassle free. Would use their service again.

Took the recommendations and engaged with the company. Technology wise it seems very "updated" and streamlined, but at the end of the day they are just another awful service provider with zero respect to their customers time. I scheduled the pickup for Saturday between 9am and 2pm. No one came and at 3pm starting chasing them only to get some answer at 5 with a lame excuse, so we scehduled again for Monday at 12:30pm and sure enough they never arrived.
Would recommend everyone to stay away from that company.

I’m quite satisfied. There was a little scare that they might not show up on the scheduled date. Thankfully i manage to get in touch with the team to get clarification. I wish that there were better options to track or communicate with the drivers so we know that they are on their way. The drivers/removal specialists themselves were excellent. Friendly, professional and very efficient. Especially Costa and Adrian :)

We booked an 800 cubic ft room and confirmed they would return our belongings to our new address as it was outside London, which they agreed for an additional fee. We provided measurements for every single box and item we would be asking them to collect and submitted a list well in advance of collection, however a van arrived which had a capacity of approximately 600 cubic ft, so unsurprisingly it didn’t all fit!
Stored claim to “give” you an hour of loading for free, what they don’t say is they will spend that hour moving at a snails pace, painfully sticking labels on every item. The

I've used Stored several times over the past few years and have always enjoyed the excellent customer experience at reasonable prices. In fact, if anything, experience seems to improve each time - I had great communication today about my delivery from Costa and Florin. When they arrived, they were very efficient, polite, and professional.
On a previous occasion, I ran into a bit of trouble with my pick up, but Stored went above and beyond to be helpful and creative with problem solving to ensure that everything was able to be resolved.
