Moving is always stressful so I was relieved that the team at CityStore took some of that stress away from me. From inviting me in to show me different sized units (I had no idea what size I needed) and using their amazing, magical box-Tetris skills on moving day to help me fit all my stuff in a unit I was convinced was too small, to saying 'hi' or giving me a wave on the numerous occasions I've had to go back to pick up something I've put away and later realised I needed. I highly recommend using them :-)

The gentleman who was in last Sunday morning provided exceptional customer service. I was flustered due to being homeless, however he took time to ensure I understood the process and made sure I was comfortable.

Everything is kept immaculately clean, they are happy to accept deliveries on our behalf so we don't always have to be there, the process for bringing heavy objects is made so easy with the drive in option and the abundance of trolleys, our storage feels exceedingly secure with the high tech security and the added insurance we took out with them (I should note this was entirely optional).
