I recently ordered 17 blinds from here as I felt they were very good value compared to other suppliers.. The order came through very quickly, and having fitted them now, I am hugely impressed with the quality, ease of fitting (apart from trying to drill into window lintels!) and the accuracy of the sizes. Purchased a blind via eBay in July 2018 at which time this company was providing 3 year guarantees on their blinds.
The blind developed a fault on the roller mechanism so I phoned ambition blinds to seek a replacement as per guarantee.
I was told that now because they only offer a 12 month guarantee the blind is out of warranty even though it was advertised with a 3yr guarantee when I made my purchase. [ photo evidence provided ]
If a company cannot honour its guarantee their not worth doing business with spend your money elsewhere!!

We purchased four Velux style blinds from this company. Only one is still operational. The other three have varying degrees of faults - completely broken- won’t retract - out of alignment.
They say they pride themselves on customer service? I complained about one which was clearly faulty when assembled and I was just sent a complicated set of instructions on how to correct it. I should have pursued this but as it was assembled and in a room rarely used I didn’t bother. This is the one that is completely broken. It was used on two occasions and then retracted never to be seen again.

Ambition Blinds was recommended to us by a friend. Keith came to visit our house to measure up and he was just fantastic! I was more than happy to give such a nice guy my money. I didn't even get a quote elsewhere! We had the blinds fitted today, and we are beyond delighted with them, they are beautiful and such high quality. Keith did such a fantastic job and his blinds are just as nice as him! We couldn't recommend Ambition Blinds more!
