Ordered on June 4th, despatched the same day, Royal Mail first class. Since then, nothing. Package can't be tracked using the Royal mail tracker until they've attempted to deliver it. MGL are hiding behind the Covid excuse to not offer any kind of telephone support.

I have had the good fortune to find My Green Lighting and have used them three times over the last couple of weeks, and I have been so impressed.
